DPM Gjeloshaj meets with ACEBA representatives
Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Policy and Minister of Economic Development Nik Gjeloshaj met with representatives of the American-Central European Business Association (ACEBA).
The meeting, attended by members of the Government of Montenegro, included ACEBA Vice President Douglas deWysocki, representatives of leading U.S. companies, and H.E. Judy Rising Reinke, U.S. Ambassador to Montenegro.
Deputy Prime Minister Gjeloshaj welcomed the American delegation, emphasizing the strong and longstanding relations between Montenegro and the United States. He highlighted that robust bilateral ties serve as a foundation for advancing economic cooperation.
The visit of U.S. companies to Montenegro is a significant event and a great opportunity to strengthen our economic ties. This meeting further affirms our partnership and paves the way for concrete developmental and investment cooperation, in line with the signed Memorandum, stated Deputy Prime Minister Gjeloshaj.
He also underscored the importance of U.S. investments for Montenegro, not only due to their economic potential but also for the values they promote.
The Government of Montenegro will be a reliable and dedicated partner to all credible U.S. investors, added Gjeloshaj.

These companies represent strong American brands across various sectors, including finance, infrastructure, defence, cybersecurity, energy, border security, and healthcare. We look forward to the partnerships and opportunities that will emerge from further strengthening our economic ties, U.S. Ambassador Reinke stated.
Both sides agreed that Montenegro’s status as a NATO member and its ongoing European integration process send a strong signal of confidence to American and other international investors.
Discussions focused on enhancing cooperation and exploring investment opportunities in infrastructure, energy, tourism, healthcare, technology, and green energy sectors.
The meeting concluded with an agreement to continue communication and intensify collaboration in areas of mutual interest.
Following the opening statements, bilateral meetings were held between U.S. company representatives and Montenegrin ministers, including Danilo Šaranović, Minister of Interior; Novica Vuković, Minister of Finance; Marash Dukaj, Minister of Public Administration; Admir Šahmanović, Minister of Mining, Oil, and Gas; Maja Vukićević, Minister of Transport; and Vojislav Šimun, Minister of Health.
