Hungary donates 200,000 vaccines to Montenegro
Minister of Health Jelena Borovinić Bojović and Minister of Foreign Affairs Đorđe Radulović received today, on behalf of the Government of Montenegro, a donation of 200,000 Sinopharm vaccines from Hungary. The shipment was formally presented by the visiting Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjártó.
Minister Borovinić Bojović pointed out that Hungary, as many times before, has shown a high degree of solidarity and friendship towards Montenegro.
Today, I have the special pleasure to inform the Montenegrin citizens that the Republic of Hungary has donated 200,000 Sinopharm vaccines to our country, which is of inestimable importance, because it is coming to Montenegro at the right time. In this way, we continue the mass vaccination and protection against coronavirus, said Minister Borovinić Bojović.
She thanked the Hungarian Ambassador to Montenegro József Négyesi, the Government of Hungary, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and especially the Minister of Human Capacities Miklós Kásler, who managed to secure this very valuable donation for Montenegro through joint activities.
Minister Borovoinić Bojović once again urged citizens to get vaccinated, as well as to respect the measures, because in that way they will protect their health and the health of their loved ones.
