Project “National vaccination scheduling call centre number 1717”
The Ministry of Health has launched the project National Vaccination Scheduling Call Centre number 1717, and Crnogorski Telekom is a partner in this project.
Medical staff of primary health care centres and volunteers are engaged in the work of the call centre.
The major advantages of this digital solution are flexibility (work from any location), stability (possibility of quick and easy expansion of the call centre capacity, i.e. inclusion of new agents and supervisors), mobility and ease of use.
Thanks to this platform, agents can receive calls throughout Montenegro.
In other words, they can access the platform from a location that suits them, regardless of whether they work from home or from the office, and regardless of the city in which they are located. In case of need or increased interest of citizens, the number of agents can be easily increased.
While using the Cloud Call Centre, agents currently also have access to the Health Fund system, so during conversations with citizens, they can perform scheduling services, receive data for expressions of interest or other information relevant to the immunization process.
If a citizen calls the Call Centre at a time when there are no agents available or if he gives up the call on hold, volunteers and agents have an insight into it and can call those citizens back to schedule vaccinations.
