Public call for consultancy services for Mateševo – Andrijevica project implementation

Monteput has issued a tender for consultancy services for the implementation of the Bar-Boljare highway project, specifically the Mateševo – Andrijevica section. The call is available at this link, and the tender conditions are aligned with the procurement rules and policies of the EBRD.

Engaging experts will enable the application of international standards and best practices in project management, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and compliance with EBRD requirements. Consultants will provide support to Monteput's Business Unit responsible for project implementation. The support encompasses several key areas: preparation and review of tender documentation, assistance in public procurement procedures (prequalification and bid evaluation), advisory services related to contract monitoring and dispute resolution, and implementation of the highest international environmental and social standards.

The Mateševo – Andrijevica section, with a total length of 22 kilometers, represents a continuation of the construction of the Bar-Boljare highway.
