Spajić and Al Gergawi: Strengthening citizen and business connectivity through digital services

The governments of Montenegro and the United Arab Emirates have signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Dubai, aimed at exchanging expertise in the development and modernization of public administration, as well as enhancing economic cooperation. 

The Memorandum was signed by the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milojko Spajić, and the UAE Minister of Cabinet Affairs, Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi

The document outlines the exchange of knowledge and experiences in key areas where the UAE has achieved remarkable success, including the development of digital services, government efficiency, the use of artificial intelligence, digital economy, and creative industries. 

This document marks a new, more dynamic, and comprehensive cooperation between our two countries and reinforces our growing partnership. The exchange of knowledge and expertise will be particularly valuable in modernizing the work of the Government and public administration as a whole, said Prime Minister Spajić, who is participating in the World Governments Summit 2025. 

Prime Minister Spajić and Minister Al Gergawi agreed that the signing of this Memorandum is the best confirmation of their shared commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation. They emphasized that it will serve as a foundation for continuous exchange of experiences, knowledge, and the implementation of joint projects.   

The document includes collaborative efforts to enhance governance capabilities, build institutional capacities, develop future-ready skills, and foster cooperation in various strategic areas.
