Shocked by the news of the tragic and sorrowful moment that befell the victims of the attack on the Crocus City Hall in Moscow, I extend my sincerest condolences to the families of the deceased and all citizens. Our thoughts are with the injured, wishing them a speedy recovery.

The perpetrators of the attack on the Crocus City Hall must be held accountable for this crime, and I trust that the competent authorities will carry out their duties responsibly and professionally.
