Law on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities paused for further consultations

The Prime Minister’s Office, together with the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Dialogue and the Ministry of Finance, is inviting representatives of associations of persons with disabilities to further consultations regarding the Draft Law on amendments to the Law on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities. 

In order to find the best solutions, additional consultations will be organized next week. 

Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Dialogue Naida Nišić held the first part of discussions with representatives of persons with disabilities today. 

We invite representatives of associations that represent and employ persons with disabilities to engage in an open dialogue to present arguments and reach an agreement in the best interest of all parties involved.
