Spajić - Milanović: Montenegro and Croatia have strong bilateral relations, which they will enhance in the interest of the citizens
During his visit to Skopje, where he traveled to the meeting of the leaders of NATO member states from the region with Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg, the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milojko Spajić, met today with the President of the Republic of Croatia, Zoran Milanović.
Montenegro and Croatia have strong bilateral relations and both countries are ready to work on improving cooperation in the interest of citizens.
Prime Minister Spajić informed the President of Croatia about the current situation in Montenegro with reference to making decisions that are important for the continuation of the European integration of Montenegro.
There is a strong political will and the readiness of a large number of political parties to cooperate in the best interests of our citizens. The Government's hand is extended to all those who are benevolent, said the Prime Minister.
President Milanović congratulated the election of the 44th Government and said that Croatia would continue to support the European integration of Montenegro.
At the meeting, the current situation in the region as well as models for strengthening cooperation in the fields of tourism, culture and transport infrastructure were discussed.
